Part-Time Alcohol & Drug Counselor, Starting Point II:
Position will open in May 2008, flexible hours, $11-$15 per hour based on experience and credentials. Primary duties-Provide out-patient individual and group counseling;Case management services, and crisis intervention when needed; Assist in delivery of educational and therapeutic programs for residential clients; Administer comprehensive assessments, psychosocial evaluations and intake screenings; Coordinate referrals for residential and outpatient clients needing continuing services.
Qualifications: Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work or related field preferred or Bachelor's degree in counseling, psychology, social work or related field and at least 12 hours of counseling coursework required; CADC or LADC.
